The most popular spare time activity with muggles is watching television programs. Muggles watch television around five hours each day but some very lazy muggles sometimes nicknamed "couch potatoes" can watch television almost all day.

Another favourite is playing different sports. They have no sport which compares with Quidditch as their sports are all played on the ground. Some favourite sports include football, soccer, tennis, swimming and more. Football in some ways is kind of like Quidditch but there is only one ball which must be placed over a goal line to score four points. Players run from one end of the field to another trying to tackle the player with the ball. Unlike Quidditch, football has a time limit.

The last activity I will talk about is reading. We too read, but when they read books with magic they class it as fictional. There are many areas to muggle reading. Some are: children's, horror, romance, sci-fi and non-fiction. Nowadays not many muggles enjoy reading as much as they used to.
